My lucky number.
You have just installed a new P2P VOIP network with a mix of SV8300's, 2000IPS's and 2 SV8100's. Everything works but there is no voice path when any of the PBX's cal the SV8100. The call sets up but no voice path. Both SV8100's can call each other with no issues. All IP addressing is correct and all relevent TCP and UDP ports are open across the network (yeah right but they really are in this scenario) What's the most likely cause of this?

A: P2P CCIS cannot be done to the SV8100. You must use IP-Trunking with IPTB and VCT boards.

B: You must assign a seperate CCH channel and trunk route to handle P2P CCIS to the SV8100.

C: There is a new seperate license code to allow P2P CCIS to the SV8100 and it has not been loaded.

D: The default UDP payload size in the SV8100 is 30ms. You must change this to 40ms to match the PBX's.

E: The SV8100 uses TCP for the voice so a TCP/UDP converter must be installed in the network.

Have you run into this?
Have you already solved this issue?
Do you know how to read the manual?
